> 客户端相关常见问题

## 1. 如何启动客户端

运行`.exe`文件即可。

对于JAR/JSON版本启动器，请查看[Discord的教程](https://discord.com/channels/1273496587187912774/1350095901091303476)，启动务必使用[Zulu 21](https://cdn.azul.com/zulu/bin/zulu21.44.17-ca-fx-jdk21.0.8-win_x64.zip)启动客户端。

## 2. 客户端没有启动

请按照以下步骤**逐步**排查，如果均无法解决，请前往Discord打开一个工单（Ticket）联系客服解决。

* 同步系统时间
* 删除`.minecraft\options.txt`
* 删除`%appdata%\Opai\Alts.json`
* 删除`%appdata%\Opai\extensions`
* 删除整个`%appdata%\Opai`文件夹和`%appdata%\.opai`文件夹

## 3. 客户端支持什么操作系统

目前仅支持**Windows 10/11**。

暂时没有对类Unix系统的支持，以后也可能不会有。
